Bending using a Panel Bender is different from Bending using a Press Brake or CNC Bending. A panel bender consists of a blank holder which keep the panel/sheet at hand(called blank) firm, and a pair of blades to make horizontal direction flanges. This design helps us to achieve bends that might require special tooling on other machines.
Thus bending sheets becomes as effortless as folding, with our newfangled Automatic Panel Bender.
At the Modern Fabricator, we design components or you can send us your design files. We work on your specifics, our expert team suggests any possible changes that you might consider to incorporate in your design and then we can create computer programs to carry out your bend operations on our machine. We shall then provide you with a prototype which can then be brought into production in desired volumes.
